Supplier does not ship the same quality of goods as samples sent. They claim to have products without root, but sends product with root. Then they say that the amount of roots inside their product is acceptable in their standards. Picture below is the amount of impurities and roots we had to sort out by hand in one case of 20KG carton of their "without root" product. Their communication was good and shipped this product on time. Just poor and unacceptable quality. I hope the supplier will be more honest in the future to other customers.
